Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Final Payment
- A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
- The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations not paid in full by this deadline are subject to cancellation without notice.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will incur a one-night penalty.
- All deposits and payments made are non-refundable, but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 6 months, less any applicable fees.
- Rebooked or modified reservations are subject to seasonal rate differences and availability.
No Shows, Late Arrivals & Early Departures
- Guests who fail to arrive, arrive late, or leave early will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
Liability Disclaimer
Villa Corona assumes no responsibility for any unforeseen events including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss, accident, or travel delays. Guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with travel and stay.
We do not assume liability for issues arising from political unrest, natural disasters, changes in government regulations, or any third-party services such as transportation providers or tour operators.
Off-site excursions or third-party tours are booked at your own discretion. Villa Corona is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during these activities. Payment and participation imply full acceptance of this condition.
Travel Documents & Recommendations
- A valid passport is required for entry into Mexico and for your stay at Villa Corona.
- Some nationalities may require a visa—please consult your consulate for details.
- Not included in your reservation: passport or visa fees, entry taxes, travel insurance, or foreign port fees.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions.
